Public Authorities apply the South Australian Industry Participation Policy (SAIPP) through operation of their internal procurement frameworks and processes. Public authority staff responsible for complying with the SAIPP are required to complete Office of the Industry Advocate (OIA) training annually, or more frequently when there are significant updates to the SAIPP (determined by the Industry Advocate).
