Before investing your time in responding to a tender opportunity, assessing if you can meet the minimum criteria is a key point of qualification.

When determining if you meet the minimum criteria to tender for any government opportunities, ensure you meet the following requirements:

You have appropriate business registrations, licences and an ABN
You have all the appropriate insurances, compliance and membership certificates
You have successfully registered to SA Tenders and Contracts and have all appropriate points of contact registered
You have the financial capability to undertake work and are not recently bankrupt or in administration
You do not have a track record of failing to meet legal obligations in areas such as providing a safe workplace, compliance with regulations governing waste disposal and environmental management or consumer law.
