“South Australian labour” for the purpose of the SA Industry Participation Policy (incorporating Industry Participation Plans) is labour performed in South Australia/Region by a person who has their principal place of residence in the State/Region.

- Other Socio-Economic Objectives
- Design and Specification
- Developing Innovative Products or Services
- Industry Development and Investment Attraction
